Training
There is continuous upgradation of skills / technical expertise in ECCI. Training programs are being conducted very often internally by the Functional Heads. The site personnel participate in the training program and get benefitted. Safety being the prime important aspects in Construction Industry, safety programs are conducted practically and demonstrated. Apart from this, ECCIans are delegated / nominated for seminars workshop and training programs conducted by external faculties.
Review on SAP is also conducted at Head Office, Branch Office and at sites to update technology.

Library
ECCI is maintaining a centralized library at its Corporate Office. Books relating to Engineering, IS codes, Acts, Rules, Accounts, Finance, etc. finds place in this Library. Besides weekly, fortnightly and monthly magazines and periodicals on buildings, construction, safety, engineering, investment, tenders, projects, etc. also stacked. Manuals, reference books pertaining to Engineering also being preserved.

 
HR Policy
The HR policy is devised on a set of principles:
  • Human resources are directly aligned to business goals. Continuous investment in HR practices ensures the company retains talent.
  • Whilst building the organisation using the best talent acquisition processes, ECCI also invests in training and development of the internal talent pool. Training is regularly imparted across all levels.
